U.S. Steel fires new salvo in war against Chinese imports

The United States Steel Corp. said Tuesday it wants the U.S. International Trade Commission to start an investigation against large Chinese steel companies that it said are unfairly competing against domestic products.
U.S. Steel (NYSE: X) said the complaint is based on Section 337 of Tariff Act of 1930, alleging a conspiracy by Chinese steel producers and distributors to fix prices, stealing of trade secrets and false labeling.
